How DO I WATCH A STREAM?

Step 1: Sign up for a free account. Step 2: Buy a stream pass for an event or game. Step 3: We'll send you a link for your event or game. Step 4: Click on the link to go to your game. Step 5: Alternately, search for your event or go to your specific event page for the field list. Click on the field to watch your game.

I DIDN'T GET AN EMAIL WITH A LINK?

First, check your spam or junk folder. Second, do a search in your email for support@gklive.tv. If you still don't have anything, please contact us on our LIveChat feature or customer service here and we will resend.

MY STREAM IS A BLANK SCREEN OR SAYS OFFLINE?

Typically, there is an issue at the field or on-site. You may see a camera is offline. That means your game hasn't started yet, is delayed or moved to another field due to unplayable field conditions.  Unfortunately, we don't have control over field changes. Please fill out the customer service request here and we will send it out to the on-location staff to troubleshoot the problem.

CAN I stream the GAME ON MY TV?

Yes using AirDrop from your mobile device.

HOW DO I WATCH A REPLAY?

Most replays are on our social media follow to watch and get more information. Some replays are in our FanZone. Must be a member to watch.

I CAN'T GET INTO MY ACCOUNT?

First, try resetting your password. If the problem persists, please contact customer service here.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO WATCH THE #GOTW?

Yes. You need an account to watch any game on GKLive.tv. Creating an account is free. We only ask for your email address. You do not need to purchase a stream pass to watch the Game of the Week though.

CAN I Watch the game on multiple devices?

Your stream pass is good for one person, on one device, at one time. You can't simultaneously watch a stream on multiple devices at the same time. However, you can switch devices to watch the stream. Simply, log out of your device & sign back into your account on the new device. Punch in your authentication code and viola! 

CAN I SHARE MY STREAM PASS WITH A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND?

Unfortunately not. Stream passes are only available for a single device. Please refer to our terms of use policy here.
