As the culminating event of the PKBGT season, the championship brought together top qualifiers from across the tour’s Bell National, Prep Preview, and Futures National divisions. Over three days of competition, players navigated Pine Needles’ Donald Ross–designed layout—known for its rolling fairways, strategic bunkering, and slick, undulating greens.

The tournament not only determined the champions for each division, but also served as a proving ground for college-bound prospects, with many coaches and scouts in attendance. Players competed in a multi-round format, with cuts and pairings set by prior season performance and ranking points.

Beyond the trophies, the Tour Championship carried significant weight in PKBGT’s Order of Merit standings, sealing Player of the Year honors and cementing legacies for standout juniors. Past champions have gone on to thrive in collegiate programs and even on the professional stage, adding to the prestige of hoisting the Tour Championship trophy at Pine Needles.

The 2025 winners were  announced and the event once again delivered a showcase of precision, composure, and competitive fire—true to the spirit of Peggy Kirk Bell and her lifelong commitment to women’s golf.
